What is Hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is a natural and clinical therapy of the mind that can have great benefits with many mental and physical issues that individuals may be experiencing. Hypnotherapy may not work for everyone but, studies show it can help up to 80% of individuals with a range of different needs.
How Does Hypnotherapy Work?
During a hypnotherapy session your clinical hypnotherapist will generally engage in some talk therapy as well as hypnotherapy.
Hypnotherapy works on the principle of the hypnotherapist getting an individual into an extremely relaxed state, bypassing their conscious mind to access their sub-conscious mind and, then making educated suggestions specific to that individual which will help with positive behavioural and life changes.
